Initial consultation

Share your vision, and we'll begin shaping the picture of your desired outcome.  Following the meeting, we'll provide a brief summary and a design fee quotation within one week.

Proposal and Acceptance

If you're satisfied, we'll send the proposal.  To proceed to the next step, 50% of the design fee is required.

Site survey

After acceptance, we'll arrange a site survey, taking measurements, photos and discussing ideas in more detail.  Share inspiring images before the survey to enhance the process.

 Design phase

Once we have all the important details, we start your design process.  This step will take time, but it's where Verano Interiors works its magic, crafting a smart layout, picking the perfect colours, and making initial selections for furniture, fabrics and lighting.

Design review

During this meeting, we'll present the initial design using floor plans, mood boards, and 3D imagery.  Your feedback is crucial, allowing for necessary adjustments before finalising the design.

Design delivery

Upon approval, you'll receive 3D imagery and a shopping list with links to selected materials and items.

End of design phase

Decide whether to complete the design yourself or have us manage the project.  Project management fees, charged hourly, will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.

Final styling

After the decorating and placement of furniture and accessories, we'll conduct a review to ensure your satisfaction and address any remaining details.
